Omnirel L.L.C.

Omnirel LLC, of 205 Crawford Street in Leominster, Massachusetts, developed high-reliability power semiconductor modules and components. Its products included power MOSFET transistors, rectifiers, voltage regulators, operational amplifiers and motion control modules, with emphasis on radiation-tolerant devices and parts built to DSCC standardized military drawings and MIL-PRF-19500 QML, JTX and JTXV requirements. The company also offered custom packaging and the requalification of commercial die into more rugged package configurations for military, aerospace and industrial users. International Rectifier acquired Omnirel in January 2000 and renamed it International Rectifier HiRel Products LLC; International Rectifier was itself acquired by Infineon Technologies in a transaction that closed on January 13, 2015.
