JST

J.S.T. Mfg. Co., Ltd., commonly known as JST, is a Japanese manufacturer of electrical connection components headquartered in Osaka. The company began in 1957 with the opening of its factory in Kurayoshi, Japan and built its business on crimp terminals and wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connectors. Its product range extends from general-purpose connector series to extremely small connectors developed for wearable equipment, and the group also produces the dies and automatic assembly machinery used to terminate them. JST maintains operations in 17 countries with 21 bases in the United States, and its Guntersville Assembly Manufacturing division builds custom cable and harness assemblies using JST connectors.
