About Johnson Comp

Johnson Components is an RF interconnect manufacturer based at 299 Johnson Avenue in Waseca, Minnesota. The business descends from the E.F. Johnson Company, which began manufacturing radio components in 1923 and became known for radios fitted to Second World War military vehicles. Its component operation produces medium, subminiature and microminiature RF coaxial connectors, adapters, hardware and coaxial cable assemblies, including stainless steel SMA connectors built to MIL-PRF-39012 performance requirements. Emerson Electric acquired Johnson Components in January 2000 and the line was later marketed as Emerson Connectivity Solutions - Johnson; it is now catalogued as Cinch Connectivity Solutions - Johnson.
