About Vishay Roederstein

Roederstein was founded in April 1925 in Berlin-Charlottenburg, Germany, and joined Vishay Intertechnology in 1993, where it continues as a capacitor brand (Vishay — Roederstein brand). The line covers polyester and polypropylene film capacitors, polycarbonate types, RFI suppression capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors aimed at industrial and automotive applications, including DC-link duty and AC or pulse operation at high frequencies (Vishay — Roederstein brand). Classic axial and radial film series remain available through Vishay Classics (Vishay Classics — Roederstein film capacitors)
