About Mill-Max

Mill-Max Mfg. Corp. is a vertically integrated manufacturer of precision-machined interconnect components, founded in 1971 by Roger L. Bahnik. The company produces machined contact pins and receptacles, PCB pins and solder terminals, IC sockets, board-to-board interconnects in through-hole and surface-mount styles, and spring-loaded Pogo Pin contacts and connectors rated for long cycle life and low contact resistance. It began by supplying gears and hobs for defense electronics, watches and parking meters, moved into machined pins and receptacles during the 1980s, and added in-house injection moulding. All engineering, sales and manufacturing operations are housed in a 150,000 square foot plant in Oyster Bay, New York, producing both standard catalogue parts and custom designs.

Does Hybrid Electronics stock Mill-Max parts?

Hybrid Electronics sources Mill-Max components through our OEM excess and franchise-adjacent channels. Send us your BOM or part numbers and we'll confirm stock, pricing, and lead time.

How do I get a quote for Mill-Max components?

Send your part list to sales@hybridelectronics.com or use the RFQ form on our Parts Search page. Include manufacturer, part number, quantity, and any date-code or lot-code constraints. First response inside one business day.

Can Hybrid Electronics source obsolete or EOL Mill-Max parts?

Yes. Obsolete and end-of-life Mill-Max components are core to what we do — long-life industrial, medical, and defense platforms that outlived their production window are exactly where our OEM overstock relationships shine.
