About Agibot (Zhiyuan Robotics)

AGIBOT Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. — branded internationally as Agibot and in Chinese as Zhiyuan Robotics (智元机器人, roughly "intelligent origin") — was founded in February 2023 in Shanghai by Peng Zhihui, the former Huawei "Genius Youth" engineer widely known online as Zhihui Jun, together with fellow ex-Huawei executive Deng Taihua. Deng serves as chairman and CEO; Peng is co-founder, president, and CTO. Technology stack

Agibot's platform is a vertically integrated stack: in-house electric BLDC actuators, high-DoF dexterous manipulators, onboard GPU acceleration, and a proprietary vision-language foundation model. Perception

Actuators, power, and compute

Agibot uses electric brushless DC (BLDC) actuators throughout — no hydraulics — with peak joint torque reported at 512 Nm on the A2 flagship.   • SAIC-GM — Buick Electra E7 battery line (Shanghai).
