Presidio

Presidio Components, Inc. has manufactured ceramic capacitors in San Diego, California since 1980. The company builds commercial, military and space-level multilayer ceramic capacitors, high-temperature parts for avionics and downhole oil and gas tools, microwave and RF capacitors, pulse energy capacitors for EFI detonators, and custom and cryogenic designs. Its parts are used in electronic warfare systems, radar, IRED and optical systems, RF and cellular communications, fiber optics, power and embedded industrial equipment and space programs, including hardware for the International Space Station and Mars rovers. Manufacturing is performed at the company's own San Diego plant.
