We provide military/aerospace and high grade industrial type devices with current ratings from 10 to 2400 amperes and voltage rating from 60 to 600 vo lts. All devices feature ultra-low forward voltage drops. The Company also specializes in custom packaging of PowerTech and other manufacturers' chips to suit individual requirements.
