About Nexperia

Nexperia B.V., headquartered in Nijmegen, Netherlands, was spun off from NXP Semiconductors in 2017 when NXP sold its Standard Products business — discretes, logic, and ESD protection — to Beijing Jianguang Asset Management (JAC Capital) and Wise Road Capital for approximately $2.75 billion.
