Manufacturer profile
Hybrid Electronics sources Micron DDR5 and DDR4 DRAM, LPDDR5X/LPDDR4X mobile and automotive memory, HBM3E AI-accelerator stacks, 3D TLC/QLC NAND, UFS and eMMC managed NAND, and enterprise NVMe SSDs — from current-production 7450, 9400, and 9550 data-center drives to obsolete DDR3, DDR2, and industrial-temp components still needed for locked-BOM systems. Same-day quotes, traceable stock, and OEM-excess sourcing since 1995.
Micron Technology, founded in 1978 and headquartered in Boise, Idaho, is one of only three remaining scale producers of DRAM and one of the largest suppliers of NAND flash memory in the world. Micron manufactures across the full memory and storage stack: DDR5 and DDR4 DRAM components and modules (server RDIMM, workstation UDIMM, client SODIMM, industrial), LPDDR5X / LPDDR4X mobile and automotive DRAM, HBM3 and HBM3E high-bandwidth memory for AI accelerators, 3D TLC and QLC NAND, eMMC and UFS managed NAND, and enterprise, client, and data-center NVMe SSDs under the Micron brand (7450, 9400, 9550 for the data center; 2500 and 3500 for client). Consumer memory and SSDs previously carried the Crucial name, which Micron continues to operate as a channel brand.
Hybrid Electronics has been a channel for legacy and excess Micron product since we began sourcing in 1995. We support customers who need obsolete DDR3 and DDR2 SDRAM for long-lifecycle industrial and defense systems, industrial-temperature (IT / AIT / AUT) DDR4, LPDDR4X, and NAND components for locked-BOM builds, discontinued Crucial-branded SSDs and modules for warranty replacement, and hard-to-find automotive-grade DRAM and NAND (IATF 16949, AEC-Q100) when authorized distributors show zero stock or 30+ week lead times.
Our line card spans Micron's full portfolio — from HBM3E 12-high stacks shipping into next-generation AI accelerators to legacy DDR2 and SDR SDRAM components keeping industrial, medical, and defense systems in service.

Memory and storage roadmaps move fast, and Micron parts leave authorized distribution within 2–3 years of a new node ramp. Industrial control, medical imaging, defense electronics, avionics, and other long-lifecycle systems often need continued access to legacy DRAM, NAND, and SSDs. Hybrid Electronics sources these end-of-life Micron products from OEM excess, contract-manufacturer surplus, and traceable secondary channels:
Send an RFQ with quantity, target date code range, and any traceability requirements (COO, MSL, factory sealed, DPAS-rated) — we return same-day availability from stock or an ETA from our sourcing network.
DDR4 and DDR5 RDIMMs for server refresh, industrial-temperature DDR4 and LPDDR4X components for embedded builds, and Micron 7450 / 9400 / 9550 enterprise NVMe SSDs are our highest-volume Micron quote categories. Legacy DDR3L, obsolete MT29F SLC NAND, and discontinued Crucial-branded modules are steady low-volume sourcing lines for medical, defense, and industrial customers.
Yes — on an inquiry basis. HBM3E 24GB 8-high and 36GB 12-high allocation is tight and priced dynamically, so we quote per-unit on demand against real-time supply from OEM excess and channel partners rather than holding stock. Include your target quantity, target NVIDIA / AMD / custom accelerator platform, and required Micron revision, and we will return an availability window and quoted price.
Yes. We regularly source Micron parts in industrial (IT / WT / ITZ) and AEC-Q100 automotive (AAT / AIT / AUT) grades — DDR4 (MT40A), LPDDR4X (MT53E), LPDDR5 (MT62F), automotive UFS (MTFC-AVATTC), and MT29Q NAND. Micron's Boise and Manassas fabs are IATF 16949 certified with PPAP submission and long-term supply commitments — ask us to match a specific temp grade, revision, or date code range on your RFQ.
Yes when available — most of our OEM-excess and CEM-surplus Micron stock is factory sealed with original date codes and full traceability documentation. For downgraded stock we disclose condition (open tray, tested-pull, refurbished) on the quote. Customers requiring MSL data, COO, or DPAS-rated delivery should note that on the RFQ.
Same day for parts in stock — typically within 2 hours during business hours (9am–6pm ET). Sourced quotes on out-of-stock parts return within 24–48 hours with an availability window. Email sales@hybridelectronics.com or call (407) 542-3995 to open an RFQ.
No — we're an independent distributor and excess-inventory buyer sourcing from OEM excess, CEM surplus, and traceable secondary channels since 1995. For factory-warranted current-production orders, work with a Micron-authorized distributor. For obsolete, hard-to-find, industrial-temp, or allocated parts where authorized channels show no stock, Hybrid Electronics is a proven independent source.
