Manufacturer profile
Hybrid Electronics sources MediaTek Dimensity 5G smartphone SoCs, Helio 4G application processors, Kompanio Chromebook chips, Genio IoT edge processors, Filogic Wi-Fi 6E/7, Airoha Bluetooth audio, and MStar-legacy smart-TV SoCs — from current-production Dimensity 9400 and Filogic 880 parts to obsolete Helio X20/X30, MT6737 LTE, and pre-integration MStar TV chips still needed for fielded builds and long-lifecycle systems. Same-day quotes, traceable stock, and OEM-excess sourcing since 1995.
MediaTek Inc. (TWSE: 2454), founded in 1997 as a spin-off from United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) and headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, is one of the top-three fabless semiconductor companies in the world, with roughly 19,000 employees globally and ~US$18 billion in 2024 revenue. MediaTek is the world's largest supplier of smartphone application processors by unit volume, powering the majority of low- and mid-tier Android devices sold globally. Its product portfolio spans Dimensity 5G smartphone SoCs (Dimensity 9400, 9300, 8400, 7300, 6300), Helio 4G application processors (Helio G99, G85, G37), Kompanio Chromebook SoCs, Genio IoT edge processors, Filogic Wi-Fi 6E/7 and networking, Airoha Bluetooth audio, MStar-heritage smart-TV and set-top-box SoCs, GNSS chipsets, PMICs, and Dimensity Auto automotive cockpit and C-V2X platforms.
Hybrid Electronics has been a channel for legacy and excess MediaTek product since we began sourcing in 1995. MediaTek's growth by acquisition — Ralink Technology (2011, Wi-Fi and networking), Coasia Microelectronics (2013, smart TV), MStar Semiconductor (2014, US$3.8B, TV SoC leader), Cambium Networks wireless heritage, and majority-owned Airoha Technology (Bluetooth audio) — has left a long tail of legacy MTK-, MStar-, Ralink-, and Airoha-branded parts still designed into fielded consumer, industrial, and networking hardware. We support customers who need obsolete Helio X20/X25/X30 SoCs, MT6737/MT6735 4G LTE Cat-4 chips, Ralink RT2870/RT3070 Wi-Fi USB devices, MT7601 legacy 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and pre-MediaTek MStar MSD6A648/MSD6A828 TV SoCs when authorized channels show zero stock. MediaTek's proposed 2024 acquisition of Autotalks was blocked by regulators; the recent XPeriX imaging partnership broadens the roadmap into edge computer vision.
Our line card spans MediaTek's full portfolio — from the newest Dimensity 9400 flagship on TSMC N3 down to legacy Ralink Wi-Fi USB and pre-integration MStar smart-TV silicon keeping fielded consumer and industrial systems in service.

A large fraction of the MediaTek, MStar, Ralink, and Airoha inventory that end-of-life notices push out of the authorized channel each year still lands in one of three places: OEM excess, CEM surplus, and factory close-outs. We buy from all three. Common MediaTek families we’re asked to source obsolete:
Send us the MediaTek, MStar, Ralink, or Airoha part number and we’ll check both current stock and open sourcing channels the same day.
Yes. Our line card covers Dimensity 5G smartphone SoCs, Helio 4G application processors, Kompanio Chromebook SoCs, Genio IoT edge processors, Filogic Wi-Fi 6E/7, Airoha Bluetooth audio, MStar-heritage smart-TV and set-top-box SoCs, GNSS chipsets, and PMICs. Contact us for stock and same-day pricing on any MediaTek internal PN (MT6989, MT6989W, MT6985, MT6983, MT8195, MT8188, MT8390, MT9615, MT7981B, MT2822, MT3333, MT6360, MT7621AT, etc.).
Yes. A large portion of our MediaTek inventory is OEM excess and last-time-buy stock covering discontinued Helio X20/X25/X30, MT6737/MT6735 LTE Cat-4, pre-integration MStar MSD6A648/MSD6A828 TV SoCs, Ralink RT3070/RT2870 Wi-Fi USB, MT7601 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, MT6592 octa-core, Helio P10/P20/P25, MT8127 tablet SoCs, and Airoha AB1526/AB1532 pre-integration BT audio ICs. Send us the part number and we’ll check stock, alternates, and cross-references the same business day.
Our deepest MediaTek inventory is in Dimensity mid-range 5G SoCs (Dimensity 7300 / 6300 / 6100+ / 6080), Helio G-series 4G (G99 / G85 / G37), Filogic router SoCs (MT7621AT / MT7622 / MT7981B / MT7996), MStar-heritage smart-TV SoCs (MT9615 / MT9613 / MT9970), Airoha TWS Bluetooth audio (MT2822 / MT2811), GNSS chipsets (MT3333 / MT3339), and MT6360-series PMICs.
Same day for parts in stock — typically within 2 hours during business hours (9am–6pm ET). Sourced quotes on out-of-stock parts return within 24–48 hours with an availability window. Email sales@hybridelectronics.com or call (407) 542-3995 to open an RFQ.
Yes — we source Dimensity Auto Cockpit (C-X1, C-Y1, C-M1) and Auto Connect (C-V2X) samples and production units from OEM and Tier-1 excess when authorized channels are allocated. Automotive-grade Genio 1200 (MT8395) IoT edge SoCs are also in our regular sourcing pool. Note that MediaTek's 2024 attempted acquisition of Autotalks (C-V2X) was blocked by regulators, so V2X sourcing continues through MediaTek's in-house roadmap.
No — we’re an independent distributor and excess-inventory buyer sourcing from OEM excess, CEM surplus, and traceable secondary channels since 1995. For factory-warranted current-production orders in reference-design volume, work directly with MediaTek or a MediaTek-authorized regional partner. For obsolete, hard-to-find, or allocated MediaTek, MStar, Ralink, and Airoha parts where authorized channels show no stock, Hybrid Electronics is a proven independent source since 1995.
