IDT

Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT) was a San Jose, California semiconductor company founded in 1980 that supplied mixed-signal and timing devices to original equipment manufacturers. Its portfolio covered communications infrastructure products such as communication clocks, FIFO memories, SRAM, RF and digital logic devices, high-performance computing products including timing devices, PCI Express switching and bridging and server memory interfaces, plus power management, touch controllers and consumer audio and video devices. Renesas Electronics announced its acquisition of IDT in September 2018 and completed the transaction on March 30, 2019, after which the IDT product lines were integrated into Renesas.
