HBH Microwave GmbH was founded in 1999 by three RF engineers in the technology region of Karlsruhe. It is professional in offering solutions in the field of telecommunication, radio, high frequency and microwave development for customers around the world.HBH Microwave uses innovative technologies to develop "high tech" products and it evaluates concepts for communication equipment while developing RF components by starting with the prototype up to the series model.Its key competences are the design and fabrication of power amplifiers and of microwave monolithic integrated circuits (MMIC), including hybrid integration as well as production facilities for prototypes and small series quantities including clean room and measurement equipment up into the mm-wave range is provided .
