Distributor of Bendix components. Send us your RFQ — we'll match your part numbers to stock or source them.
The Bendix Corporation was founded in 1924 by Vincent Bendix and grew into a diversified American manufacturer of automotive brake systems, aircraft brakes and hydraulics, avionics, radar, scientific instruments and MIL-SPEC electrical connectors. Its Scintilla operation in Sidney, New York became a major source of aerospace connectors, and Bendix-designed circular connectors remain in service today. Allied Corporation acquired Bendix in 1983, and the business passed through AlliedSignal and Honeywell before the commercial vehicle brake business was taken over by Knorr-Bremse in 2002 as Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems. The former Bendix aerospace connector products are now catalogued by Amphenol, which lists interconnects formerly known as Bendix products.
