Distributor of Aeroflex components. Send us your RFQ — we'll match your part numbers to stock or source them.
Aeroflex Incorporated supplied high-reliability microelectronics and wireless test and measurement equipment from its base in Plainview, New York. Its Aeroflex Microelectronic Solutions business produced radiation-hardened and high-reliability integrated circuits, RF and microwave discrete components, mixed-signal and digital ASICs and motion control products, while its test division supplied avionics test sets, signal generators and spectrum analyzers. Cobham plc acquired Aeroflex in May 2014 for $1.46 billion; Viavi Solutions bought the AvComm and wireless test businesses in 2018, and the RF, microwave and radiation-hardened microelectronics operations became part of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, now known as CAES. CAES was acquired by Honeywell under an agreement announced in June 2024.
