AcBel Polytech Inc

Founded in 1981 as API Technology Co., Acbel changed its name to Acbel Polytech Inc. in 1998.

Acbel is divided into three divisions: Electronic Components Sales and two separate Power Supply Divisions. Its manufacturing, located in Taiwan, Mainland China, Thailand and the Philippines, is focused on Power Supplies.

With more than 6,000 employees worldwide, AcBel Polytech Inc. has major power supply design and manufacturing facilities located in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines. In 1996 AcBel Polytech Inc. joined into a strategic alliance with the Kinpo Group, a major worldwide supplier in the electronics field. AcBel continued its technology specialization of design and manufacturing of power supplies in this alliance.

The types of products manufactured by AcBel Polytech include VRM modules, DC-DC Converters, AC Power Adapters, PC Power Supplies, Server Power Supplies, and Telecom Power Supplies.
